Ikumi Minshuku

This place is the exact vibe you'd expect from a chill, surfing town. The host, Hen, is very warm and laid back. He speaks excellent English too.

The washer is free to use with a nights stay and they have a clothes line outside as well as a clothing rack with a fan in the rooms, so even my thick clothing were dry by the morning. Towels and pajamas were included as well.

There is an outdoor dining area, and an electric kettle so I was able to save some cash and make my own rehydrated meals. They do offer food for those who want it and reserve a bed in advance.

This would be a very affordable place to stay an extra night for a rest and laundry day.
