Just don’t miss this Henro House! 15 min walk after temple 35, beautiful nature surrounding, old traditional Japanese house with clean and modern bathroom (important) and the warm welcome by the host. She will make you feel at home, and my tip: they don’t serve dinner but for a small extra, and if you are nice, you could get a delicious Japanese curry rice and her famous miso sauce for salad dressing. The best value for money so far (from temple 1 to 35)

This is a beautiful home set right on the mountain. The host is an absolutely delightful and kind woman who made me some dinner and breakfast and we had a nice chat with the use of google translate. The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom clean and very nice. If you leave early in the morning you will be treated to a beautiful sunrise. I loved this place.
