Uchiko is a town along the Shikoku Pilgrimage that is famous for its historical significance as a national trading hub throughout the Edo and Meiji Eras. Roadside Station Uchiko Fresh Park KaRaRi is one of the structures in town that seek to share Uchiko's rich history through cultural exchange. It is actively being maintained by the Ministry of Construction. Here visitors will find a large selection of local produce and goods. Notable establishments include the Karari Bakery, Aguritei Udon Restaurant, and Karari Sherbert Shop.
A larger than normal Michi no Eki with a very good range of local products as well as places to eat.
It is conveniently located at the start of the Oda River valley section towards Kumakougen.
