24/3/2023 Comments: The hut is located in the grounds of Kama Daishido. Three walls are half enclosed, partly with glass, with the wall facing the Daishido completely open. However, it is located in a compound and backs onto a modest wall which separates the hut from the village street which is the Henro Michi. It would be shady and well ventilated in hot weather. It would provide good shelter from any rain and would be not be subject to very much wind during bad weather. The street behind the hut would be quiet at most times.
